How to Participate
Perform a transaction/s via blink – Merchant Payment, Biller Payment & Recharges
Each customer gets 1 entry for each transaction irrespective of the transaction amount.
Winners will be selected by means of a lucky draw

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Blink shall allocate a number to each valid entry for the Draw which shall be carried out in the presence of a representative of the Gambling Regulatory Authority.
- The different winners will be contacted on their number associated with blink to inform them on their rewards.
- All winners of the contest shall collect their respective prizes/rewards by the date and at the place communicated by blink
- Prizes/Voucher collection shall be subject to presentation of satisfactory proof of identity of the participant.
- Approval for the transfer of the prize/Voucher by the relevant participant remains at the discretion of blink.
- The prize/Voucher cannot be exchanged, redeemed or otherwise for another consideration or resold and should be accepted in whole.
- In case of disagreement with these present Terms & Conditions, the decision of blink will be final and irrevocable.
- Inter Bank Transfers/Peer to Peer Transactions are not eligible for the lucky draw.

How & who will be eligible for the contest?
All blink users are eligible to participate in the contest. Any blink user performing a transaction (Paying a Merchant, paying a Biller ( Emtel, CEB,CWA..) & Recharges) using blink from the 1st of April 2023 to 26th of May 2023 will automatically be eligible for the lucky draw.
Which transactions are accounted as an entry?
The transactions which are eligible are paying a Merchant, paying a Biller ( Emtel, CEB,CWA..) & doing recharges.
I made transactions on blink before April 1st, am I eligible for the lucky draw?
No. The contest period is 1st Apr 2023 to 26th May 2023. Therefore, only blink users performing a transaction (Merchant Payment, Biller Payment & Recharges) via blink during the contest period will be eligible for the lucky draw.
I transferred funds to my friends and family through blink. Is that counted as an entry?
No, inter Bank Transfers are not eligible for the lucky draw. The transactions which are eligible are paying a Merchant, paying a Biller ( Emtel, CEB,CWA..) & doing recharges.

How will a winner be chosen?

If you have already downloaded blink, please ensure you complete the registration process and link your bank account to start making transactions. Each customer gets one entry per transaction.
When will the winners be announced?
Daily Winners: On a daily basis, three participants will get the daily prizes through a draw which will be performed on a weekly basis excluding weekends.
Weekly Winners: Eight participants will get weekly prizes through a draw which will be performed every week excluding weekends.
Monthly Winners: Two participants will get monthly prizes through a draw which will be performed every month.
Grand Prize Winners: At the end of the contest, all participants who did a transaction during the whole contest period (1st of April 2023 to the 26th of May 2023) will be eligible for the Grand Prize.
What is the validity of the gift voucher?
The validity of the gift vouchers varies from one merchant to the other. Each voucher will clearly include a validity/expiry date.
If I am not a blink user, can I still participate in this contest?
Only blink users can participate in this contest. If you wish to participate, we invite you to download blink from https://bit.ly/3suifBY, complete the registration process, link your bank account and make transactions to become eligible.
What is the minimum value I need to transact for one entry?
There is no minimum amount of transaction to be eligible. You can transact as from Re 1 to become eligible for the lucky draw.
I won a Gift voucher. Can I exchange that with cash?
No, the prize cannot be exchanged, redeemed or exchanged for cash.
How many entries can one person make?
There is no minimum or maximum limit on the entries. Blink users can make as many transactions as they wish to be eligible for the lucky draw.
If I am winner of daily contest, Am I also eligible for Weekly, Monthly & Mega prizes?
Yes, even if you have been a lucky winner once, you can still be eligible for the Weekly, Monthly and Mega Prize lucky draws.
How is the winner notified?
Winners will be notified by email. The name of the winners will also be published on the Contest Microsite , Emtel Facebook and Instagram as per the schedule.
Are transactions made by my family eligible to compete?
Yes. Any blink user including your friends and families performing a transaction (Merchant Payment, Biller Payment & Recharges) via blink during the contest period will be eligible for the lucky draw. Each customer gets one entry per transaction.
Do I have to scan only blink QR code to become eligible for the lucky draw?
No, any MauCAS QR code at the merchant’s counter can be scanned with your blink app to make a transaction.
From where do I have to collect my prize?
The Prize distribution will be held at Emtel World, Head Office, 10 Ebene Cybercity, Ebene 72201, Mauritius.
Each winner will be notified by email on the prize distribution date and time.
